Aged for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, and then finished for about 9 months in port wine pipes (large barrels unique to making port wine.) The Bushmills Causeway Collection, inspired by the iconic Giant's Causeway, showcases the rich heritage of the North-Irish distillery. This 10-year-old single malt, triple distilled for smoothness, undergoes a meticulous maturation process. Initially aged in a blend of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks for 7.5 years, it then undergoes a unique finishing period in rare Cognac casks for an additional 2.5 years. The whisky is bottled without filtering or artificial coloring, preserving its natural character and complexity. Vigna Colonnello is ruby red with garnet hues. The nose is intense and well-balanced with notes of blueberries, raspberries and currants accompanied by balsamic hints, impressions of Mediterranean scrub and floral notes of dried roses. The well-balanced palate has a powerful and fine tannic texture while at the same time expresses great elegance. The finish is long and complex.

This is a high-rye bourbon aged in barrels that utilize the lightest char level available. The result is light and approachable, with a bold almond aroma and hints of dark chocolate and caramel winding into a warming baking-spice finish. Distilled in Indiana, bottled in Kentucky.

Buzzard's Roost Toasted Barrel Rye is a 105-proof (52.5% ABV) whiskey crafted from a 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill. Ca dei Frati I Frati Lugana DOC is a white wine made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown in the Lugana subregion of Lombardy, Italy. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and well-balanced with a long and mineral finish. This wine is a great example of the quality and elegance of the wines produced in the Lugana subregion.

From Lugana, the I Frati winery located in Lugana, is a unique area and terroir between Veneto and Lombardy. Conducted by four generations of winemakers, they follow the lunar cycle, otherwise known as biodynamics: every day of the year playing a fundamental role in following the cycle of the vine. This Rosato is a blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, all indigenous grape varieties; the first two specific to the region and the last two are grown all over Italy. Cala Civetta Ciliegiolo DOC is a red wine made from 100% Ciliegiolo grapes grown in the Maremma subregion of Tuscany, Italy. The wine has a bright ruby-red colour with violet hues and a complex aroma of red fruits, cherries, and violets. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a good balance between acidity and alcohol. This wine is an excellent representation of the Ciliegiolo grape, which is becoming increasingly popular in Tuscany.

The structure on this wine, which comes from vines planted in 1984, keeps it tight and stony after many days of being opened, indicating longevity in the cellar. Calera Chardonnay Central Coast is a balanced, coastal California Chardonnay known for vibrant aromas of Meyer lemon, white peach, and honeysuckle, with tropical fruit (pineapple, guava) and citrus on the palate, bright acidity, and hints of toasted oak/brioche for a crisp yet rich finish.
