The Marion Farm, located in the unspoiled Marcellise valley east of Verona, is a small family run property managed by Stefano Campedelli, his wife Nicoletta and her brother Marco and their two sons. Under the guidance of the ex-cellar master at Guiseppe Quintarelli and current adviser to Romano dal Forno, Marion was born. The wine presents a pale cherry-garnet hue and an aromatic, almost floral bouquet with hints of spice, dried cherry, cranberry, and seasoned wood. On the palate, it offers round and ripe flavors of fresh, juicy red fruits, displaying balance and finesse. This wine is elegant with a long, lingering finish, showcasing Campedelli's expertise and dedication to quality winemaking.

Deep violet-red to the eye, this wine has aromas of black cherry, blackberry preserves and a hint of mint. Mars Shinshu Iwai Tradition is a 75% malt and 25% grain blended Japanese whisky from the high-altitude Nagano distillery, aged in bourbon, sherry, and wine casks. Mars Shinshu Iwai is an approachable, bourbon-inspired Japanese blended whisky (approx. 75% corn, 25% malt) crafted at Nagano's high-altitude Mars Shinshu Distillery. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, it features a light, sweet profile with notes of vanilla, pear, and honey. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is ideal for highballs.

Bright, ruddy highlights show in the dark amber liquid. Dried cherry and fresh plum mix with cocoa and vanilla, leading to a flavor that resembles chocolate-covered cherry. Masahiro Pure Malt Whisky is a 43% ABV Japanese whisky from Okinawa, featuring a unique, rapid-aging process in a subtropical climate. Aged in sherry/bourbon casks and finished in Jack Daniel's barrels, it offers a rich, balanced flavor with notes of tropical fruits (citrus, pineapple, banana), vanilla, and light oak, with a smooth, slightly spicy finish.

Japan has come a long way with making whisky with many master distillers taking their training right in Scotland and importing the Scottish heather for peat making. There is much quality here in Japanese whisky and dad would no doubt be surprised and delighted with this one, aged in a Sherry cask to give it nutty, toasty aromas and flavours.

Beautiful, resolved nose, a touch of delightful oxidation, coffee and chocolate but still that cherry ripe red fruit clarity. In the mouth it is silky and dense, a flood of quite meaty and fleshy black fruit, super ripe tannins and lovely plum and cherry skin acidity giving length. A beautifully resolved and complete wine.
