Domaine Jacques Prieur Beaune Premier Cru Grèves (small pebbles) is a Pinot Noir that has undergone a 17-month oak maturation process before release. The wine boasts a deep crimson hue with a cherry-colored rim. On both the nose and palate, it displays notes of red and black fruits, along with stony minerals. The wine has a refreshing and aromatic character, highlighted by a delightful blend of violet, rose, and morello cherry. This fragrance persists throughout the wine's lengthy and refined finish.

This 50ha walled vineyard was created by the Monks of Citeaux and the soils in the areahas a large clay content, which accounts to the powerful, well-structured wines that can be rustic when young. This Grand Cru is on 1.28ha plot with 100% pinot noir. The grapes were handpicked and destemmed, then fermented in large oak vats. The wine was further aged for 20 months in French oak. The nose shows floral notes of rose petals, berries and spices. The tannins are fine and elegant with flavours of fresh fruit and spices of nutmeg and pepper.

Established as a fully functioning monastery as early as 1199, Prieuré de Montézargues spans 84 acres sheltered from the Mistral winds by the Montagne Noire mountain range. The original stone monastery buildings blend seamlessly into the landscape, forming a unique micro-terroir that imparts a distinct personality to the Montézargues estate vineyards. This appealing rosé boasts a brilliant pink color and a rich nose with red berry tones like strawberry and gooseberry. Made in a versatile dry style, this classic, easy-drinking wine is fresh and fruit-forward, with enough balance and depth to intrigue a true connoisseur. The Wine is made using a combination of Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes. After harvest, the grapes received four hours of skin contact for colour and flavour before being pressed off.
