Quinta de Zom Douro Tinto Reserva presents an intense ruby color with aromas of wild red fruits, subtle balsamic notes, and spicy nuances. It offers a well-balanced body and tannins, with intense fruit notes and a complex, prolonged finish.

They received their organic certification in 1993. The company owns seven brands, and the Quota 7 line is also biodynamic. A decent introduction to Australian Grenache, a bit simple and one-dimensionally cherry-fruited but clean, supple and easy to drink despite plenty of body, with just a bit of warmth on the finish.

Raphet Burgundy is handmade from field to bottle, with a rhythm and method that hasn't changed in more than four generations. Pinot Noir vines at the estate are on average very old, with many surpassing 100 years. Raphet wines are a Burgundy lover's Burgundy. Les Millandes premier Cru is an east facing sit and close to the GC of Clos de la Roche, growing 100% pinot noir. The soils are the same in both sites, resulting in similar wines.
