Ed Knows Merlot is a dry, red wine from Moldova with aromas of red fruits, cherries, and plums, with a smooth, balanced character. It is a medium-bodied, approachable wine that is good for both drinking on its own and pairing with food.

Ed Knows Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, dry white wine from Moldova (Valul Lui Traian region), featuring bright citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, with hints of green apple, pear, and tropical fruit. It is noted for being a very drinkable, light-bodied, and refreshing option with moderate acidity, often compared to a simpler New Zealand-style Sauvignon Blanc. 

Edda (‘she’ in Salento dialect) is the feminine and sensual soul of San Marzano. It is a complex white wine, full of Mediterranean notes. Noticeable acidity intertwined with an enveloping and elegant warmth, savoury and mineral notes on the palate. The Chardonnay grapes give the wine finesse and longevity, together with different varieties indigenous to Puglia, that year after year compete to complement the blend.

The El Dorado High Ester Blend (LBI/DHE) is an 11-year-old Guyana rum (distilled 2012) combining two distinct, intense marques: La Bonne Intention (French Savalle still) and Diamond High Ester (John Dore pot still). This aged rum is flavorful and aromatic, offering notes of ripe tropical fruits, spice, leather, and scorched honey, tailored for a complex sipping experience.

El Dorado Single Still Enmore is a 12-year-old Guyanese Demerara rum produced from the historic 1880 wooden Coffey still (EHP mark), the last of its kind. It is known for a rich, complex profile featuring aromas of butterscotch, coconut, and apple, with a smoky cedar, dried fruit, and toasted nut finish.

Its aromas are intense and elegant. Cabernet Franc brings sweet spices, black pepper and light notes of eucalyptus and thyme. Malbec brings notes of ripe black fruits, blackberries and black cherries. The oak aging gives a touch of chocolate and vanilla to blend.

The agave is harvested by hand and cooked in traditional brick ovens before being distilled in copper pot stills. A pale gold, light-bodied spirit with a brisk feel and hearty alcohol sting. The scent landed somewhere between smoky and menthol, bringing to mind menthol cigarettes. But the flavor was warm and honey-like.

El Tesoro Reposado is a premium 100% Blue Weber agave tequila, traditionally crafted using tahona-wheel crushed agave and aged for 9-11 months in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. It offers a balanced, mellow profile with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and white pepper, featuring a silky,, smooth finish. 

Take Ancestor Vines (planted in 1894), a great vintage, experienced winemaking. Add 30 months of aging in American and French oak, resulting in the stunning 2018 Command Single Vineyard Shiraz. Boasting fabulous density and concentration, this full-bodied effort is still almost embryonic in its development, with tarry, mocha, yet lifted notes accenting intense blackberry fruit; a rich, supple yet structured mouthfeel, and a long, mouthwatering finish. Once it hits its stride in a few years, it should drink well for 20 years or more.

Established in 1869, this family-operated winery stands as one of the most venerable estates in Alto Adige. Now run by Elena Walch and her two daughters, their name is synonymous with quality. Made from 100% Lagrein, a grape indigenous to the area, is one of the most tannic grapes in all of Italy. The wines produced from this grape are characterized by their freshness and elegance, offering notes of berry, spice, and cocoa, complemented by firm tannins. Try with meat heavier meats, such as wild game, bison and beef steak.

This wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - a mutation of pinot noir, yet grown on steep slopes in the mountainous region of Alto-Adige with a cool, high altitude climate resulting in wines with zingy, fresh, high acidity.  The nose exhibits yellow apple, fresh Italian herbs with nuances of citrus. Initially linear in style, the ageing on the lees adds texture and complexity.  Pinot Blanc is always a great alternative to those looking for a change of pace to pinot grigio.

A perfect summer red, this refreshing, light-bodied wine from Alto-Adige in northern Italy, is made with the indegenous Schiava (group of) grapes. Three grapes in this group, often co-planted can sometimes also be known as Vernatsch. The wine is packed full of bright red cherry, strawberry and sweet almond sensations. Thanks to soft acidity and supple tannins, it's an ideal wine to serve chilled and sip as an apéritif or pair with seafood. Your guests will enjoy this wine for the upcoming spring/summer season.

Elijah Craig Straight Rye is a 94-proof (47% ABV) Kentucky straight rye whiskey, known for balancing spicy rye grains with a sweet corn backbone and malted barley . It offers a smooth, approachable profile with notes of chocolate, baking spices, caramel, and a hint of smoke.

Elijah Craig Small Batch is a widely acclaimed 94-proof (47% ABV) Kentucky Straight Bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery. It features a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. Known for its rich, sweet, and woody profile, it is aged for 8 to 12 years in Level 3 charred oak barrels, resulting in notes of vanilla, caramel, fruit, and baking spices.

Domaine Elodie Roy is a small, family-owned winery known for producing elegant and expressive Burgundy wines with a focus on sustainable practices in the vineyard and winery. Elodie is a rising star in Burgundy; the trend of young, female winemakers carving their way into the history books. The Santenay 1er Cru 'Les Gravières' 2020 is 100% Pinot Noir from the one of the most well-known premier cru in Santenay. Wine from here will have rich flavours and high acidity. Elodie's Pinot Noir has aromas of plum, cassis, chocolate and spice. The palate is fleshy and full-bodied with concentrated fruit, smooth tannins and a lengthy finish.

The Cogno family has been making wine for four generations in Piedmont. Located in Novello (one of the 11 communes in which Barolo can be made), it is now being run by Elvio's daughter Nadia and her husband Valter Fissore, the current winemaker. Ravera is a powerful Nebbiolo that has enticing scents of rose, tobacco and perfumed berry, along with a palate of violet, raspberry compote, star anise and wild mint. he finish is complex with some spice notes. This wine will no doubt become better with age. 

Though it was a very dry year, this vintage still managed to keep its impressive elegance. The wine opens with enticing aromas of wild cherry, fresh and dried roses, incense, wild herbs and savoury spice. The palate is an example of thoughtfulness and craft with a core of deep wild berries, black tea, and crushed stones that are all supported by supple tannins and lifted acidity." - 97/100, Wine Enthusiast

The nose is fruity and offers a fine grain and a fine power. It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of crushed red fruits as well as fine hints of violet and a discreet hint of cardamom and an imperceptible hint of grey pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as a fine tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy cassis and small notes of wild raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, liquorice stick and a subtle hint of caramelization. Tannins are well-built and racy.

The nose is fruity and offers a slight freshness as well as a small crunchiness. It reveals notes of apple, crunchy peach and small notes of white flowers associated with touches of citrus, exotic fruits as well as slight hints of gunflint. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, a slight roundness, a good definition, a very fine fleshiness, suavity as well as a slight unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy peach, fleshy / juicy apple and small notes of lemon, tangerine associated with slight touches of zest, gunflint and discreet hints of vanilla.
