Austin Hope grew up working alongside his father, inheriting his love and respect for the region. He led the family’s move into winemaking in 1995, and further exploration of Paso Robles began. In 2000, Austin created his own label, with very small productions of Rhône varietals because of the similarity in terroir. Today, Austin is showcasing an even greater sweep of Paso Robles and expressing a similar richness with a recently released Cabernet Sauvignon. The source of the wine is far-reaching within the appellation - a most discerning group of vineyards located on gently sloping hillsides and hidden pockets across the domain, providing dimension to the Cabernet varietal. The wine has a bold structure of lush, velvety tannins and an unmistakable elegance. It is dark, ripe and well suited to various beef dishes.

High-quality neutral spirit, obtained from the grains of Polish cereals and crystal clear water. Multiple distillation and carbon filtration provide an unquestionable guarantee of class in its category. This extraordinarily strong spirit must be treated with respect , being very near to pure alcohol. It is most commonly used in making fruit and herb tinctures, home made perfumes and it is also recommended to rum on painful body joints.

Each seasonal botanical is distilled individually to preserve the purity of its essence.

Fragrant spring lemon verbena, fresh summer rose, and ripe, autumnal blackcurrant leaf are tailored into a supple and vibrant gin which stimulates the senses, from its initial citrus burst to the rounded, generous finish.

Spirytyus Zbożowy is a neutral spirit made through the process of rectification, which involves multiple distillations and purification to achieve a high level of purity. It is usually made from grains, such as wheat or rye. Due to its exceptionally high alcohol content, it is not typically consumed neat but is often used as a base spirit for dilution in cocktails or as an ingredient in various liqueurs and tinctures. It's also sometimes used in the production of homemade fruit infusions.

This non-vintage Rose is the end result of a desire to create a Rose champagne with a delightfully luscious, fruit-based charm. Jacques Peters, the cellarmaster, and his team wanted a champagne that would be accessible and naturally engaging while conserving Veuve Clicquot's essential values in terms of style.

The wine has a luminous color with attractive pink glints. The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry), leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche).

The fresh attack is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfectly balanced in the best Veuve Clicquot style of pink champagnes, combining elegance and flair. The wine works its magic—this delectably full champagne can be enjoyed as a true delicacy. A deliciously fruity wine in earlybloom, this is a wonderful aperitif to be shared as a twosome or simply with friends.

Made using 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvee is based on Brut Yellow Label's traditional blend: 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier, and 28 to 33% Chardonnay.

It’s not often thought of for Champagne to be “vintage”, but these make for some of the best! This traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier are knitted together seamlessly with flavours of lemon, toast, green apple, and a smoky mineral characteristic.

Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, all sourced from a single vintage. The wine is aged for at least seven years in the cellars, which gives it a rich and complex character. It has aromas of ripe fruit, such as peach, apricot, and pineapple, as well as notes of vanilla, toast, and honey. On the palate, it is full-bodied and creamy, with flavors of fruit, brioche, and almond, and a long and elegant finish. The wine has a balanced acidity, which makes it suitable for pairing with a variety of dishes, such as seafood, poultry, or light pasta dishes. Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage has received positive reviews from various wine critics, such as Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast, and it is considered one of the best Champagnes in its price range.

Owner Notes: "I feel this wine expresses the greatness of California and its hidden pockets where Cabernet can excel. The cold Pacific Ocean running the entire length of the state presents maritime influences – and with each small distance eastward the climate warms. Stony soils, south facing slopes and moderately warm conditions are the keys to producing dark, rich and good tasting Cabernet."

This off-dry red is crafted from Georgia's saperavi grape, offering a generous, soft, and ripe nose with notes of plummy raspberry fruit, lilac, and white chocolate. It is remarkably smooth, semi-sweet, and polished, showcasing fine tannins and excellent balance. The length is very good, making it ideal for mellow, lightly chilled after-dinner situations.

An anise-based spirit produced from white Obeidi grapes and green organic aniseed distilled in a traditional still.

With its vintage-inspired packaging and nostalgic moniker, this Tennessee bourbon exudes an old-world charm despite its relatively recent debut in 2014. At six years of age, it delivers a delightful whiskey experience, boasting a rich caramel hue and enticing aroma redolent of sweet baking spices. On the palate, bold and invigorating tannins reminiscent of cigar box and menthol provide a satisfying counterpoint to the pronounced sweetness of orange jam and decadent long-stewed fruit. The bottle contains our multi-award-winning original vodka distilled four times from the highest quality, locally sourced Canadian corn and blended with pristine Newfoundland water. On the nose–neutral grain aromas with a delicate touch of citrus. Silky smooth with a hint of sweetness and vanilla. Ending with a sweet, creamy finish. The Paint Your Pride bottle will be available in selected markets and released annually for a limited time.

Cotton candy, marshmallows roasting over an open campfire, baked apples, and cornbread batter start a whiskey that then offers hints of caramel apples, pumpkin pie, and roasted pecans. Water opens it up to more nuanced fruit, spice, and sweetness. Without water, brown-sugar butter dominates about mid-palate and leads to a long finish. Dilution makes this a completely different whiskey experience.

The nose tickles with caramel, spice, vanilla, and earthiness, with just a hint of balsamic vinegar. Warming. Coated with spices, ranging from cinnamon to allspice and from coffee to nutmeg. Eventually, patented caramel and vanilla, with a fun hint of cardamom. The long, enjoyable finish is earthy, but there’s an unwanted bitterness at the end that cannot be denied. If not for the bitter end, this would rate much higher.

Garnet red veering towards purple. Expressive, with creamy notes of black fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry and sweet spices. Slender in the mouth, prolonged by a fine acidity, but wrapped up in a round, velvety and charming matter. Combines blackberry cream with toasted spices and vanilla. The finish is tonic, with a substance that gains in concentration and tannins. Harmonious, coherent, well balanced.

Koval was founded in Chicago in 2008 by Dr. Sonat Birnecker Hart and her husband, Dr. Robert Birnecker. The distillery was the first to open in the city since the mid-1800s. The word ‘koval’ means ‘smith’ or ‘blacksmith’ in many Eastern languages, but in Yiddish it also means ‘one who forges ahead’. Koval pays homage to Sonat’s grandfather who decided to “forge ahead” and move to the USA and start a new life from scratch. These products are all made organically and with a “grain to glass” philosophy, the distillery believes in only offering high-quality, well-made spirits using state-of-the-art technology.

The unique mash bill of 51 per cent corn and 49 per cent millet offers a smooth and balanced bourbon with notes of mango chutney, vanilla, and peppery caramel. This bourbon is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks to appreciate these unique tasting notes.

The name of Bollinger’s emblematic champagne, with its English spelling, encapsulates its entire history. It was the British agent of Georges Bollinger who, in 1911, christened it “Special Cuvée”, as he found the expression “non-vintage brut” did not befit a champagne of such subtlety. Over a century later, the name of the champagne emblematic of Bollinger’s expertise still encapsulates its entire history.

Martell XO has a spicy, rich crescendo starting with the mellow elegance of the Borderies, followed by the intensity and finesse typical of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie. The nose consists of ground spice (black pepper, coriander) and red berries. Rich fruit flavours: fig chutney and compote, almonds and walnuts along with beeswax and sandalwood.

Langlois Chateau built its reputation on producing rich and elegant Crémant de Loire sparkling wines. This rosé, made primarily from Domaine vineyards in the Saumur region, is 100% Cabernet Franc. Light and refreshingly crisp, it’s best enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with red berries!

This iconic whisky delivers a smooth and warming smoke finish, characteristic of all Johnnie Walker whiskies.

Milky white and scented with coconut, this liqueur is sweet and creamy on the palate, with plenty of coconut flavor. It's not as thick as some other cream liqueurs, which makes it relatively easy drinking. Ideal for mixing into piña colada-style drinks in place of coconut cream.

This wine features aromas of red cherry, violet and talcum powder. In the mouth there are flavors of tart cherry and pomegranate juice. It is well balanced, with a pleasantly acidic finish.

An aroma of oak smoke and flavors of black pepper and blackberries dominate this full-bodied, chunky and moderately tannic wine. It's a little rough edged, but nicely robust and flavorful.

Louis-Alexandre had a love for aged cognac. His own preference was to add an extra drop of Cognac to his glass of Grand Marnier, giving it a more intense taste. As a tribute, we created the premium Grand Marnier Cuvée Louis-Alexandre in 1977, using VSOP cognacs from the finest growing areas in the Cognac region, aged to perfection in tronçais oak casks for richer and deeper flavours.

Colour: Warm amber with tints of copper and orange.

Aroma: Nose of candied orange with nuances of citrus zests, orange and bergamot essences.

Flavour: Candied orange and macerated citrus fruit flavors are dampened by notes of pine and earl gray tea. Very long finish for an intense taste and contemporary experience of the warmth of Grand Marnier liqueur.

Golden yellow in the glass, this sparkling wine has aromas of yeast, apple and freshly baked bread. It is slightly oxidized, with flavors of brioche and apple cider on the palate.

Caol Ila 12 year old is the entry-level bottling from the Caol Ila distillery, launched in June of 2002 this expression is light and fresh with that distinctive Caol Ila smoke.

The expression of the free spirit, a courageous blend, full of character, from three indigenous grape varieties. It has the heart of Georgia, the terroir of Moldova, and the free spirit of Ukraine.
The intense ruby colour and almond accents produce a complex bouquet dominated by cherries, blackberries, and currants, complemented by dried plums, red pepper, and savoury notes of moist wood and leather. The full and fruity taste captures the elegance and refinement and gives a velvet aftertaste. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrique.
Pairs well with: Red meat, fermented cheese appetizers and desserts with dark chocolate.

The Charles Heidsieck Brut 2012 is a vintage champagne made by one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Champagne. Made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes sourced from some of the best vineyards in the region, the wine is aged for over 8 years in the cellars of Charles Heidsieck to develop complexity and richness.

On the nose, it has notes of toasted brioche, ripe apple, pear, and white flowers. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with a creamy texture and flavors of citrus, baked apple, and a touch of honey, along with a subtle hint of mineral. The wine has a long and elegant finish that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

Winemaker Notes
With its dark red robe, Alter Ego 2019 immediately impresses with its explosive aromatics. Subtle notes of red fruits evoking raspberries and redcurrants blend harmoniously with the floral fragrance of a field in spring. The sensation on the palate, initially refreshing, unfolds into a texture of great softness and length. This is Alter Ego at its best - a wine perfectly true to its identity.

The 2014 Chevalier is a blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, and 5% petit verdot, giving a wine of great structure that will be a decade old next year. Refined, yet opulent with a full array of blackberries, blackcherry, earth, forest floor and spicy oak notes.
