Pale straw yellow, with greenish hues. The nose is full of different inspirations: cedar, green apple, lemon, lime. Slightly smoky, with refreshing chalky aromas. The palate is rich, with a tingly acidity. Long and elegant mineral finish.

Winemaking
After a pre-fermentative cold maceration, the fermentation of the must with the skins takes place at a controlled temperature for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Then the wine is aged for 6 months in tonneaux and 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in a bottle.

Tasting Notes
The wine takes on a pale ruby colour. Intense aromas are jampacked with blackberry, raspberry, blueberry and a slight peppery note. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, has well-ripened soft tannins, elegant with plenty of acidity and a touch of spice.

Nose: Rich and aromatic with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak.

Taste: Smooth and velvety, with flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and well-balanced, with a long and satisfying finish of toffee and toasted nuts.

Anne-Sophie Dubois is part of a young generation of vignerons redefining the identity of Beaujolais. Born and raised in Champagne, she caught the wine bug early and spent her formative years learning the ropes in Burgundy. Even though she only works with one grape variety, the three vineyards she gets her fruit from couldn't be more different. Antoniolo Erbaluce di Caluso is a bright yellow wine with pale green reflections in the glass. The nose is very floral, with jasmine, green apple and apricot. The palate is crisp and very fine, elegant, with very tasty acidity. Strong mineral core, very refreshing.

We don’t often think about Nebbiolo outside of Barolo or Barbaresco, but the northern region of Gattinara is a quality region growing points-worthy Spanna, as it is known here. Elegant with aromas and flavours of dried roses, raspberry jam and hints of toasted nuts and vanilla. If you’ve never tried Nebbiolo from Northern Piemonte, this is a good place to start.

Arak Gantous & Abou Raad is a premier Lebanese anise-flavored spirit with a 50% ABV, renowned as one of Lebanon's best-selling and most traditional araks. It is crafted from fermented white grapes and premium aniseeds, triple-distilled for a smooth, high-quality finish that turns milky white when mixed with water.

The aroma of this whisky evokes the rugged seaside, with bracing notes of sea spray, salt, and the sweet tang of dried cherry and fig. Freshly hewn oak and burnt driftwood add depth, while cracked black pepper and pine resin provide a spicy and resinous accent. On the palate, it is remarkably smooth, revealing robust flavors of smoked and seasoned meats that linger long into the finish, which seems to stretch on endlessly.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is an intense, peaty, Islay single malt Scotch whisky named after a whirlpool, known for its powerful, swirling aromas and deep, maritime flavors, featuring notes of brine, tar, dark chocolate, spices (clove, pepper), and smoky bacon, balanced with creamy sweetness and a long, peppery finish, often described as complex, medicinal, and not for the faint-hearted, bottled at around 57.1% ABV. 

Deep purple with scents of purple plum, black cherry, vanilla, and spice. The taste is dry, full-bodied, and structured, with hints of blackberry and vanilla.

Aromas of black pepper, strawberry, green bell pepper and chalk with hints of mint are on the nose. This is a medium-bodied red that features red fruit and herbaceous flavors. It has a mineral character, soft tannins and medium acidity.

Raw red-fruit aromas are cheesy and lead to a narrow palate with high acidity and raw tannins. Salty plum and red currant flavors border on tart, while this Cab Franc finishes lean and tight, with mild heat and peppery notes.

Made from malbec grapes in a single vineyard, the wine is intense with violet hues, and offers great aromatic richness and elegance. The nose is deeply expressive, with aromas of plums, spices, and balsamic notes. It features a vibrant finish and velvety tannins, creating a sophisticated and memorable tasting experience.

Cold soaked prior to fermentation to extract color and aromatics. Spontaneous fermentation over the course of two weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in cement tanks. The nose is broad and complex, yet clean and fresh, with classic hints of red fruit mixed with notes of aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth, the wine is broad, robust, and savory, with silky tannins and a long, fresh finish.

Made from a single vineyard of old vines, this wine is only produced in excellent vintages. It ages for 30 months in large hand selected barrels, used only for this wine. The nose is extremely complex and
broad with the classic Sangiovese notes of marasca cherry and
violets, but there are also scents of orange peel, sage, and balsamic. Argiano Rosso di Montalcino, a 100% Sangiovese wine, offers a vibrant ruby red color with aromas of cherry, red berries, and hints of spice and earth, presenting a fresh, fruity, and balanced palate with smooth tannins.

The Armagnac Castarede 1985 is a vintage Armagnac known for its complex aromas and flavors, which include stewed fruits, dried fruits, and spices like vanilla, pecan, and white pepper, combined with notes of honey and oak. It has a silky, elegant, and refined palate with a long, smooth finish, making it suitable for sipping after dinner or pairing with desserts like dark chocolate. It is distilled from grapes like Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Folle Blanche and aged in oak barrels for decades.

Ace of Spades Champagne, also known as Armand de Brignac, is a brand of champagne produced by the Champagne house Cattier in Chigny-les-Roses, France. Arnaldo Rivera was a local primary school teacher, mayor of his village for 36 years, and founder in 1958 of the Terre del Barolo winery, which still today is the only direct cooperative wine cellar in the entire supply chain in the Barolo production area. Verduno might be one of the 12 communes allowed to put ‘Barolo’ on the label, yet besides the great grape Nebbiolo, they are famous for the native Pelaverga grape, which you can find most locals drinking in caffes.

Rustic and slightly opaque on the nose, it is expertly worked to give complexity in addition to the floral matrix. Hints of wet geraniums, hot stone and ginseng root set the main scene. Medium body, soft little extracted tannins and vibrant acidity from the midpalate onward. Drink now.
