Arnaldo Rivera was a local primary school teacher, mayor of his village for 36 years, and founder in 1958 of the Terre del Barolo winery, which still today is the only direct cooperative wine cellar in the entire supply chain in the Barolo production area. Verduno might be one of the 12 communes allowed to put ‘Barolo’ on the label, yet besides the great grape Nebbiolo, they are famous for the native Pelaverga grape, which you can find most locals drinking in caffes.

Triple distilled and matured for over twelve years; this dram pours a lovely golden honey colour; inviting aromas of crème brûlée, citrus fruit, nuts and a touch of green leafiness; the palate is smooth with sweet hints of tangerine; ginger notes come through on the pleasant and nutty finish.

This single-malt Scotch offers a smooth and light experience, transitioning seamlessly from initial notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and coconut sweetness to gentle smokiness, before returning to a zesty hint of citrus on the finish.

Three Wood has been a cornerstone of Auchentoshan's offerings since its introduction in 2002. This expression undergoes a unique maturation process, initially aged in bourbon barrels before being finished in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. On the nose, it reveals enticing aromas of orange peel, dried apricots, milk chocolate, and freshly sawn oak. Austin Hope grew up working alongside his father, inheriting his love and respect for the region. He led the family’s move into winemaking in 1995, and further exploration of Paso Robles began. In 2000, Austin created his own label, with very small productions of Rhône varietals because of the similarity in terroir. Today, Austin is showcasing an even greater sweep of Paso Robles and expressing a similar richness with a recently released Cabernet Sauvignon. The source of the wine is far-reaching within the appellation - a most discerning group of vineyards located on gently sloping hillsides and hidden pockets across the domain, providing dimension to the Cabernet varietal. The wine has a bold structure of lush, velvety tannins and an unmistakable elegance. It is dark, ripe and well suited to various beef dishes.

INFUSION
It all starts with our precise blend of botanicals – cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. The botanicals are suspended in a neutral grain spirit for 18 hours in macerating tanks.

DISTILLATION
The macerate is then pumped into a still along with pure water. Steam jackets heat the macerate, the vapors go into the condenser, which cools the vapors to form the gin distillate.

THE CUT
In a meticulously monitored process, the first fluid leaving the still, the "heads," is removed. Collecting the "heart of the spirit" throughout the run, the distillers then determine the end of the cycle and make the final cut, "the tails." This process takes approximately 7 hours and at this point, the "heart cut" is 142 proof.

BLENDING & BOTTLING
The "heart cut" is transferred to a blending tank where pure water is added, bringing the gin to the desired 84 proof. It is then sent to the bottling line for filling, capping, and labeling. Aviation is then packed into boxes and ready to ship.

Avondale Jonty's Ducks Pekin White is an organic, biodynamic, and vegan-friendly South African white wine blend from Paarl, typically featuring Chenin Blanc with Roussanne, Sémillon, and Viognier. It offers a fresh, aromatic profile of peach, apricot, citrus, and honey, often with a mineral, creamy texture, making it ideal for pairing with poultry or seafood.

Rosé Majeur embodies the refinement of AYALA champagnes. Chardonnay, the emblematic grape variety of the House, for the most part, brings freshness and finesse to this blended rosé, composed of 24 exceptional crus.

When it comes to blending and vinification, nothing is left to chance. The Pinot Noirs, originating from the best crus on the Montagne de Reims, are handled here with an emphasis on fruit rather than structure.

Rosé Majeur is primarily a sweet treat, with a subtle dosage. The delicate notes arise from the red wine, added to the blend in a small amount. This still wine is elaborated exclusively from the Pinot Noir of Aÿ, a Grand cru characterized by the legendary generosity of its fruit.

Ideally suited to accompany a meal, Rosé Majeur will perfectly complement a salmon fillet lightly cooked on one side, pink lamb chops or even a red fruit tart.

A firm, fine-grained red with plum, mahogany, iron and bark on the nose and palate. It's full-bodied with a dusty texture from the tannins. Flavorful finish. Needs time to soften, but a beautiful young Barolo.

Francesco Paolo Valentini is a more than well-known figure in the wine world. The winery covers 65 hectares of vineyards dedicated to the production of Trebbiano, Montepulciano and Cerasuolo d' Abruzzo. Annual production is around 50,000 bottles. It is not possible to identify the production method as Organic or Biodynamic since the approach in the vineyard is unique and artisanal. Montepulciano is a powerful and impetuous wine. It is characteristic of bewitching with its important body and intriguing bouqet of aromas.
