Patrón Añejo is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's then aged in a combination of French oak, Hungarian oak and used American whiskey barrels.

Chateau Montrose has a family history dating back to 1815, with three owners overall, now being operated by the Charmolue family. This 1855 classification isa 2nd growth located on the left bank appellation of Saint Estephe. The Dame de Montrose is the estate's second label, made to the same rigourous standards as the First Wine. The 2019 is a red blend made from 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Atypical of blends from the left bank, there is a large percentage of merlot in these wines giving a juicy quality, yet still serious potential for ageing. Plum, blackberry, tobacco and eark earth notes dominate. It's medium bodied with a silky texture, light tannins and a beautiful finish.

This unique blend combines American rye, Canadian rye, and port to create a distinctive flavor profile. The palate is rich, with milk chocolate Toblerone, grape soda, raspberry coulis, candied ginger, almonds, Fig Newtons, and drying oak. It finishes sweet and silky, with a hint of tobacco, vanilla, and delicate dried fruit.

The J.M. Fuentes Gran Clos is a highly acclaimed, full-bodied red wine from the rugged DOCa Priorat region of Spain. Known for its remarkable depth and aging potential, this iconic blend features old-vine Garnacha (Grenache) and Carinena (Carignan), blended with varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

The finest Chivas 15-year-old whiskies are selected and finished in Cognac casks creating an elevated experience. Zuidam Distillery in the Netherlands produces a number of spirits including whisky and gin. This oak matured gin uses the same recipe as the distillery's regular dry gin focused on fresh citrus notes and small batch distillations.

From the Distillery: "Dutch Courage dry gin is distilled from Nine botanicals: juniper berries and iris root from Italy, coriander from Morocco, angelica, sweet oranges and fresh whole lemons from Spain, licorice root from India, cardamom and whole vanilla beans from Madagascar. The gin is distilled using a unique distillation method with the separate distillation of each botanical producing a fresh, complex and layered flavour from a total of 14 distillations."

The difference is that this dry gin is aged in new 200-litre American oak casks. This adds a layer of beguiling vanilla and spice to the still-fresh and fruity gin. The result of this is absolutely stunning.

Distiller's Tasting Notes: The nose is soft and mellow. It is balanced with fresh citrus and juniper notes and slightly sweet, soft and gentle vanilla and spices. The flavour is completely dry and fresh with a wonderful softness.

Moët & Chandon offers a customizable version of its Brut Impérial Champagne, which allows customers to personalize the bottle with their own message or design. The wine itself is the same blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes, aged for at least 24 months in the cellars to develop its complex and elegant flavor profile. Gulfi is a family-owned winery located in southern Sicily, with grand cru vineyards located in Pachino: 100% Nero d’Avola that grows in sandy soil close to the sea and has adapted to the hot climate. Cenote Tequila Blanco is a premium tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is named after the natural underground water reservoirs, known as cenotes, that were sacred to the ancient Mayan civilization. The tequila is double-distilled in copper pot stills and then rested for 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks to allow the flavors to fully develop. Antica Torino Amaro della Sacra is a bitter liqueur that is made using a blend of herbs, roots, and spices. It is produced in the Piedmont region of Italy, where it has been a popular drink for over a century. The liqueur has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile that is both bitter and sweet. It is often enjoyed as an after-dinner digestif, and is said to aid in digestion. The recipe for Antica Torino Amaro della Sacra is a closely guarded secret, but it is known to contain ingredients such as gentian root, wormwood, and orange peel. The liqueur is typically served neat or on the rocks, and can also be used as a cocktail ingredient.

The Chateau Malescasse is located between Margaux and Saint Julien at the highest point in the Medoc and has a long, proud history dating back to 1824. Now completely refurbished, with modernizations in the winery, the 40ha plot is managed as a Grand Cru. The 2016 has a blend of 53% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 9% Petit Verdot. Well- balanced and full bodied with a powerful nose of cassis, blackberry, cedar, and floral notes. The palate is fleshy and full, with a long round finish. An excellent Bordeaux at an amazing price point.

The Bisci vineyards were purchased in 1972, of the 25ha, 18ha of which are planted to Verdicchio, Marche's signature grape variety. The winery was then built in 1980 and the company has been certified organic since 2016. The grapes for this wine also come from the Vegneto Foglia vineyard, then further bunches selected, but it's only produced in the best vintages. the resulting wine is concentrated and rich with full bodied aromas and flavours of yellow fruits, aniseed and almond. Ageable.

Traditional, silky-smooth egg liqueur based on the noble recipe of Polmos Bielsko-Biała, produced by the in-house master cream shop. It was made on the basis of fresh chicken egg yolks, vanilla from Madagascar, aromatic brandy and excellent spirit from Greater Poland cereals.

With 16 months in cask, the Ribera del Duero offers excellent wines made from Tempranillo. Elegant and refined, this will age well- another 15 years easily.

Winemaker Tasting Notes: 

Colour: It is very intense, almost impenetrable, with a very dark background and a deep red rim.

Nose: When you bring it closer to the nose, many layers appear superimposed. The black fruits stand out with the memory of perfectly ripe plums and blackberries. It has a large mineral component that gives depth to the wine with memories of the smell of Chinese ink. The smell of the humid earth and the aromatic herbs in the shade of the pines appeared. There is a huge balance in which oak accompanies in the distance.Delicate, long, suggestive and intense at the same time and topped with menthol notes of black cocoa.

Taste: Voluminous and full. With black fruit and cocoa, but also freshness. It remembers the landscape of the pine forest of La Horra with freshness after the rain.The tannins are of great quality and forge a feeling of power and elegance at the same time, being voluminous and aerial. A set of fruit, minerality, volume, length and freshness that forms a huge wine.

Etna in Sicily, these wines are light in colour with the sensual aromas of cherries, cinnamon, dust and Italian herbs, but with those same high tannins and acidity Nebbiolo is known for.

Beautifully made wine with notes of yellow fruits, honey, wild flowers, quince. Sweet and rich, precise and well defined with a lingering finish.
