CAMBRIDGE DRY GIN, THE PERFECT EXPRESSION OF THE ENGLISH COUNTRY GARDEN
Local, seasonal botanicals were individually distilled and expertly blended into a gin of outstanding quality.

Traditional juniper combines with fresh basil, rosemary, rose petal, angelica seed, blackcurrant leaf and the effervescent citrus finish of lemon verbena. The result is an homage to both our heritage and the aromatic, sensorial delight of an English meadow at the height of summer.

Zuidam Distillery in the Netherlands produces a number of spirits including whisky and gin. This oak matured gin uses the same recipe as the distillery's regular dry gin focused on fresh citrus notes and small batch distillations.

From the Distillery: "Dutch Courage dry gin is distilled from Nine botanicals: juniper berries and iris root from Italy, coriander from Morocco, angelica, sweet oranges and fresh whole lemons from Spain, licorice root from India, cardamom and whole vanilla beans from Madagascar. The gin is distilled using a unique distillation method with the separate distillation of each botanical producing a fresh, complex and layered flavour from a total of 14 distillations."

The difference is that this dry gin is aged in new 200-litre American oak casks. This adds a layer of beguiling vanilla and spice to the still-fresh and fruity gin. The result of this is absolutely stunning.

Distiller's Tasting Notes: The nose is soft and mellow. It is balanced with fresh citrus and juniper notes and slightly sweet, soft and gentle vanilla and spices. The flavour is completely dry and fresh with a wonderful softness.

The Rosé de Giscours is a refreshing and elegant wine with a pale pink color. On the nose, it offers aromas of red berries and citrus fruits, with a hint of spice. On the palate, it is dry, crisp and well-balanced, with a lively acidity and a long, fruity finish. This wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, grown in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux.

Moët & Chandon offers a customizable version of its Brut Impérial Champagne, which allows customers to personalize the bottle with their own message or design. The wine itself is the same blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes, aged for at least 24 months in the cellars to develop its complex and elegant flavor profile. The Giacomo Fenocchio Barolo is a full-bodied and elegant red wine produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Barolo subregion of Piedmont, Italy. On the palate, it is rich and complex with notes of red fruit, leather, and spice, balanced by firm tannins and bright acidity. The finish is long and persistent. This wine has received 93 points from Wine Spectator, which praises its "intensity and harmony," calling it "a modern-style Barolo, but still maintains its integrity and typicity." It is an ideal pairing with hearty meat dishes, aged cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Antica Torino Amaro della Sacra is a bitter liqueur that is made using a blend of herbs, roots, and spices. Traditional, silky-smooth egg liqueur based on the noble recipe of Polmos Bielsko-Biała, produced by the in-house master cream shop. It was made on the basis of fresh chicken egg yolks, vanilla from Madagascar, aromatic brandy and excellent spirit from Greater Poland cereals.

This spumante comes from marl and clay-sandy soil, in a precious area of “Alta Langa”, which Azienda Agricola Giribaldi became part of in 2013. In this area, for over a century, is where the pinot Nero e Chardonnay are grown to produce Spumante, which according to the piemontese tradition, is strictly produced using the metodo champenoise, of the second refermentation in the bottle.

With 16 months in cask, the Ribera del Duero offers excellent wines made from Tempranillo. Elegant and refined, this will age well- another 15 years easily.

Winemaker Tasting Notes: 

Colour: It is very intense, almost impenetrable, with a very dark background and a deep red rim.

Nose: When you bring it closer to the nose, many layers appear superimposed. The black fruits stand out with the memory of perfectly ripe plums and blackberries. It has a large mineral component that gives depth to the wine with memories of the smell of Chinese ink. The smell of the humid earth and the aromatic herbs in the shade of the pines appeared. There is a huge balance in which oak accompanies in the distance.Delicate, long, suggestive and intense at the same time and topped with menthol notes of black cocoa.

Taste: Voluminous and full. With black fruit and cocoa, but also freshness. It remembers the landscape of the pine forest of La Horra with freshness after the rain.The tannins are of great quality and forge a feeling of power and elegance at the same time, being voluminous and aerial. A set of fruit, minerality, volume, length and freshness that forms a huge wine.

The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, undergoing a 40-day maceration period.
