Blue Canyon Estate Grown (Eg) Pinot Noir, primarily from Monterey/Arroyo Seco, is a medium-bodied, value-driven California wine. It features vibrant red fruit aromas (cherry, raspberry) mixed with earthy notes, sagebrush, and light oak spice, offering a silky, approachable texture with a crisp finish. 

The Conde Vimioso range is a seal of historical legacy, whose wines assume their own identity. They use a combination of indigenous and international grape varieties gives birth to enriching experiences based on the character of the terroir. The sommelier edition tinto is a blend of Aragonês, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Syrah. The wine has aromas of red fruits and jam, with slight nuances of spices from the wood. Soft tannins deliver a very pleasant and well-balanced wine of structure and elegance, ending with persistent notes of ripe black fruits. The Vettoretti family owns 32ha in the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG zone of Prosecco prodcution, as well as property in the Treviso DOC. All fruit used in their wine is estate grown and hand harvested. This unique blend of Merlot and Incrocio Manzoni (Incrocio means "crossing" and is a a crossing of Raboso and Muscat of Hamburg) is fruity with hints of strawberry, raspberry and hints of pepper and sage. Tangy acidity makes for a great match with strawberry risotto, and cream pastries.

Dense impenetrable core. Elegant nose, layered with tobacco, spice box, fine wood, dark berries and violet, young but with an approaching complexity. The palate is dense and concentrated with moderate extraction, grainy tannin, layers of spice, elegant dark fruit and some meaty notes. Dr. Zenzen Queen of Grapes Black Riesling (SchwarzRiesling) is a red wine from Germany that glows ruby red in the glass. It features a fruity profile with distinct notes of dark berries and plums. This 11.5% ABV wine has a fine body and is considered a great companion for hearty dishes, including lamb, pork, or mild cheeses. 

Some attractive citrus elements are present, but bruised-apple notes suggest a certain level of oxidation, and the flavors fall away quickly on the finish.

This 'classic' Margaret River wine exemplifies ease of drinking and purity, boasting a delightful crunchiness and fruit-forward character. It offers a lip-smacking dryness, balanced by crisp acidity, culminating in a clean and refreshing finish that leaves the palate invigorated.

Coastal Region wine, from 1980s vineyards in Stellenbosch and Pearl. A deeply coloured, powerful wine, plenty of substantial presence, slightly meaty nose, a touch of green-tinged dry and ashy character, with lots of sweet fruit, touched with a leafy, savoury character in the finish. The blend is 30/70 Alicante and Tempranillo.

The initial two Special Edition bottles from Bombay Sapphire showcased the artistry of Hebru Brantley (2020) and Steven Harrington (2021). In 2022, the gin brand collaborated with the Basquiat Estate, along with the artist's sisters Lisane Basquiat and Jeanine Heriveaux, to conceptualize the latest release. This edition represents a significant milestone as it marks the first licensing of "Untitled (LA Painting)" and only the second public display of this piece, previously featured at Basquiat's second show.

Fresh Apricots and White Peaches with delicate floral aromas of Lily of the Valley fill the glass. The original Moscato Canelli grapes come through reflective of the extended chilled fermentation. A beautiful balance of citrus and sweetness on the palate with hints of grapefruit and a refreshing crisp finish. There is no doubt a strong personality to this spirit which the name suggests.

Raw red-fruit aromas are cheesy and lead to a narrow palate with high acidity and raw tannins. Salty plum and red currant flavors border on tart, while this Cab Franc finishes lean and tight, with mild heat and peppery notes.

This super-interesting blend from Liguria is made from Sangiovese, Merlot and the rarely seen Pollera Nera, native to Liguria. The wine is very aromatic, perfumed with wild berries, fresh herbs and dried flowers. The vibrant palate highlights classic Sangiovese tart-cherry notes and lively acidity. Merlot contributes a softer edge while the Pollera Nera adds background notes of herbs and spice.

The celebrated Ruffino estate in Tuscany enters the popular Prosecco category with this brand-new wine. An Extra Dry expression with a tiny hint of sweetness, this bright sparkler delivers pear, honey and sweet peach.

Cherry-red in appearance, the nose develops a fresh, light, subtly spicy aroma of white pepper. Dominantly fruity, with cherries and strawberries. This dominance is echoed on the palate, with a round, fruity attack and light tannins. The finish is supple, in keeping with the ensemble. An accessible wine with generous fruit.

Lamb's Palm Breeze is a smooth, Canadian-produced 40% ABV amber rum with a pale gold color, dating back to 1849. It features a sweet aroma of vanilla and butter-rum, with a complex palate of molasses, oak, and tropical island spices. Best served with ice or mixed with ginger beer.

Pale straw yellow, with greenish hues. The nose is full of different inspirations: cedar, green apple, lemon, lime. Slightly smoky, with refreshing chalky aromas. The palate is rich, with a tingly acidity. Long and elegant mineral finish.

The white grape of Verdicchio makes a surprisingly delicious sparkling wine! Made in the Martinotti method (tank), the wine is finished as extra brut and is dry in the mouth with fine bubbles and notes of lemon curd, sweet almond and sponge toffee.

Bodega Foster Lorca is a partnership of Enrique Foster and Mauricio Lorca located in Lujan de Coyo in Mendoza. The winery has been designed to produce Argentinean wines of great character with the guiding principle of producing wines that reflect Argentine terroir. Made using traditional Charmat method, the Lois was left sur lie for six months to combine a complex style with freshness redolent of cherries bursting from the tiny bubbles.

Isola Augusta (Augusta Island) was acquired in 1959 by Renzo Bassani, who fell in love with this land, renovating old vineyards to start producing wines. The Bassani family was one of the first in the region to replace the chemical interventions in the wines with physical processes, controlling the fermentation of the musts with the cold technique. In 1972, son Massimo took over, constructing new buildings and establishing modern techniques.Today Isola Augusta is a combination of both modern and traditional.

The Vignobles Dubard Estate, founded in 1977 by two brothers and their sister, now brings together four dynamic family-owned wineries located on the right bank of the river Dordogne in the South West of France: Chateau Laulerie, Chateau Les Farcies du Pech, Chateau La Croix Romane, and Chateau Bel-Air/ Vieux Barrail. This is malbec as it's meant to be: distinctive aromas of spice and herbs, elegantly structured, memorable.

Local Edmonton brewery Trial and Ale is well known for artisinal wild and sour ales. The Equatorial Detour is a fruited America sour wild ale made from tropical fruits. A mixed fermentation blend showcasing a playful series of handoffs between the tart, medium acidity our blends are known for, a firm funk background, and the expressive nature of fruit only the tropics can produce.

The Alne Extra Dry is made from 95% Glera with 5% Chardonnay, it's slightly off dry with creamy bubbles and mouthfeel. Excellent on its own or use in Prosecco cocktails like Aperol Spritz and Bellini.

In the heart of Willamette Valley, Iris Vineyards on 870 acres features over 10 acres of Pinot Gris vines. Dry farmed for concentrated berries, this Pinot Gris has aromas of Asian pear and pineapple with a lively balanced palate of yellow apple and grapefruit. The versatility of this wine allows it to pair well with white fish, scallops, and yellow curry. A quality pinot gris from a quality area.

It has a deep ruby color and aromas of dark fruit, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and a long finish. This wine is best paired with hearty meat dishes, such as grilled steak or roasted lamb. Overall, it is a high-quality wine that showcases the unique characteristics of the Refosco grape and the terroir of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

With a blend of tropical fruit aromas including pineapple, banana, and ripe mango, complemented by notes of peaches and pears, the nose of the Montes Alpha Chardonnay  is intense and complex. Hints of grapefruit and white asparagus contribute to the coastal climate's influence on the wine. The palate offers a smooth and balanced acidity, leading to a fresh wine with ample volume. The elegant finish is long-lasting and leaves a pleasant aftertaste, making it hard to resist another glass.

This low acid, full bodied grape can be hard to make wine from, as it can be flabby if grapes are not harvested enough to maintain the acidity. The Paul Mas Viognier offers typical Viognier qualities of stone fruit and floral notes. Elegant and balanced, it is a solid option for grilled pork or chicken.
