Licor 35 is a delightful cream liqueur crafted by blending a popular liquor with the iconic flavors of pastel de nata! It captures the rich cinnamon aromas of puff pastry and the creamy, sweet essence of egg custard, delivering a taste that’s indulgently reminiscent of the beloved Portuguese dessert.

INFUSION
It all starts with our precise blend of botanicals – cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. The botanicals are suspended in a neutral grain spirit for 18 hours in macerating tanks.

DISTILLATION
The macerate is then pumped into a still along with pure water. Steam jackets heat the macerate, the vapors go into the condenser, which cools the vapors to form the gin distillate.

THE CUT
In a meticulously monitored process, the first fluid leaving the still, the "heads," is removed. Collecting the "heart of the spirit" throughout the run, the distillers then determine the end of the cycle and make the final cut, "the tails." This process takes approximately 7 hours and at this point, the "heart cut" is 142 proof.

BLENDING & BOTTLING
The "heart cut" is transferred to a blending tank where pure water is added, bringing the gin to the desired 84 proof. It is then sent to the bottling line for filling, capping, and labeling. Aviation is then packed into boxes and ready to ship.

The aromas of basil, freshly cut hay, and pears of the Romanian Tămâioasă grape, a perfect indigenous variety shaped by the climate and soil of Cotnari, gather around the table all generations of the family.

Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey is a Kentucky straight bourbon known for its high-rye mash bill (68% corn, 28% rye, 4% malted barley), resulting in a bold, spicy character with a smooth, clean finish. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), it features notes of oak, vanilla, honey, and dried fruit, commonly described as a dry yet versatile sipping bourbon perfect for cocktails.

Okunomatsu Sakura Daiginjo is a premium, highly aromatic sake from Fukushima, Japan, brewed with Gohyaku Mangoku rice polished to 50%. It features a refined, medium-bodied palate with notes of vanilla, nutty coconut custard, and tropical fruits (pineapple/papaya), finishing with a crisp, dry, and slightly salted, earthy finish.

Frappato is a light coloured red grape produced all over Sicily, but mainly in the southeast corner. It is typically blended with Nero d'Avola to help soften the tannins (like in Cerasuolo di Vittorio). By itself though, it bursts with aromas of sweet red berries and incense spice. Light in alcohol, but with beautiful texture and acidity, it's a juicy, lively alternative to white wines of the patio for summer. Serve chilled!

 Taylor's wines are lovely across the spectrum including this 10-Year-Old. Light ruby/tawny colour. Spicy, with lots of walnutt-y and caramel notes, exotic spices and tobacco. Fruit comes to the fore on palate, red berries perhaps, but the mellow barrel-aged warmth re-emerges into a long finish with a little bolstering tannin and good acidity. Pair with a baked fig pudding or chunk of mature cheddar.

This wine is bright and focused, with a lasting finish. Its aromas and flavors of black fruit and pinpoint minerality should pair it beautifully with rosemary-accented lamb kebobs.

Takasago Plum Sake Ume is a traditional Japanese sake made by Takasago Shuzo in Fukui, a prefecture located in the Hokuriku region of Japan. This particular sake is made by steeping ripe ume plums in sake, resulting in a sweet and tangy fruit-flavored beverage. The aroma is of ripe plums and has a slight earthy note. The palate is smooth and silky with a burst of plum flavor that is balanced by the natural acidity of the fruit. The sweetness is not overpowering, and the alcohol content is relatively low, making it a light and refreshing beverage that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or a dessert wine. Takasago Plum Sake Ume is typically served chilled in small cups or glasses, and it is a popular beverage to accompany traditional Japanese cuisine. 

This calvados is the result of the blending of different Calvados Pays d'Auge aged for at least 4 years in oak barrels. Once blended, it stays in casks for enough time to obtain a characteristic smoothness.

Palate: Balanced and harmonious, vanilla notes, oaky, ripe apples and applesauce.
