“Showing the character of the best Cabernet Sauvignon berries I have ever worked with”, says Lenz. It features an intense ruby color, with aromas of dried plums, spices, and a fine texture. It is typically aged, offering a bold, structured palate with notes of black fruits, tobacco, and herbs. 

A perfect summer red, this refreshing, light-bodied wine from Alto-Adige in northern Italy, is made with the indegenous Schiava (group of) grapes. Three grapes in this group, often co-planted can sometimes also be known as Vernatsch. The wine is packed full of bright red cherry, strawberry and sweet almond sensations. Thanks to soft acidity and supple tannins, it's an ideal wine to serve chilled and sip as an apéritif or pair with seafood. Your guests will enjoy this wine for the upcoming spring/summer season.

Pinot Grigio de Purcari is a crisp, light-bodied, and dry Moldovan white wine from the renowned Château Purcari, typically featuring a pale yellow color with green reflections. It is characterized by vibrant aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and pear, with hints of wildflowers and mineral notes. It has a balanced acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

AROMA: Dried and candied fruits like mango and apricot, plums, raisins, quince.
PALATE: Lovely balance between the fruits, sweetness and acidity. The wine develops on layers of flavours between the candied and dried fruits, the acidity combines with some bitter notes due to the slow oxidation in cask to bring nerve to the wine before leaving us on a beautiful complex finish lingering on spicy notes.

Very pale salmon colour. Fully ripe grapes. Very vinous nose. Masses of fruit and only the merest hint of fermentation aromas. Apparently 1.7 g/l residual sugar but it tastes more. High extract because berries are very small. Real mouthful of charming fruit. Very commercial I would have thought. Designed for the on trade. Mouthful of venosity. Well done!

Started more than a century ago two Piemontese, a lawyer (Mosca) and and Engineer (Sella) fell in love with the land and started working the soil and planting vines. Cannonau, aka Garnacha is the most grown red grape in Sardinia. Intense and warm it expresses floral notes of violets and roses, red cherry, red currant and elegant spice notes. The palate is well balanced, fresh with silky tannins and a long finish.

Negro Amaro, a black grape grown in Puglia, the heel of Italy's boot, is often misspelled: unlike what is seen on many labels, it is two distinct words and should be written that way. Wines made with negro amaro are always dense, thick with blackberry, black cherry, licorice with clove and cocoa accents. Tenuta del Pajaru is Certified organic, using only natural yeasts and non-intervention winemaking, the wines express their sense of place. The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956.

Full-bodied with polished, velvety tannins, flavours of dried plum, crème brulee and toasted oak are carried through a long finish that will have you reaching for more.

In the Mosel dialect, "Dajoar" translates to "as in the old days". This was the name chosen by Andreas for a style of Riesling made in tribute to the classic Mosel wines of the past. It is off-dry with a playful sweetness that balances its crisp acidity, resulting in a bright and fresh wine with notes of green and yellow fruit, a strong mid-palate, and a long mineral finish. It's a delightful wine that offers great value.

In order to craft a harmonious dry Gewürztraminer it requires skill and vision. Christian succeeded with his dry interpretation of this very eccentric and aromatic grape variety. A beautiful nose of rose petals, ripe yellow fruit, and pear with elegance and smooth acidity. A dry Gewürztraminer that is a testament to the skill of the grower. It delivers all the exotic notes that we associate with this grape variety while inviting us to enjoy another glass with its clean and refreshing finish. Remarkable.
