The 2019 Chevalier is a red blend of 65% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, 6% petit verdot and 4% cabernet franc that has fine, structured tannins, juicy blackcurrant, sage and dark earth with a vein of minerality. Although it could be ready to drink in 2024, hold for another 5-15 years.

Chateau Lafite Rothschild (Pauillac) – there’s no denying that no matter what vintage, the name of Rothschild will carry the weight and cachet for selling itself, not to mention scoring very high. Cassis, raspberry coulis, and blackberry dominate on a palate of crisp tannins, enormous structure and concentration. Always give this time to age to allow the wine to come into itself. Chateau Brane-Cantenac (Margaux)- Lovely, fragrant and elegant, this classy wine is well- defined with aromas of blackberry, cedar and tobacco with a palate of good structure and concentration, streamlined acidity, and velvety texture in this classic Margaux. Drink from 2025-2035.

Per Se Aperitivo is a warm and light aperitif with a bright orange color, reminiscent of Southern European sunsets. It features a blend of 24 botanicals, including cardamom, orange, Jamaican pepper, and Portuguese hops, creating a complex and balanced flavor profile. The aroma is described as warm and sweet, with notes of orange zest and spice. The palate is light, sweet, and citrusy with a subtle bitterness, and it offers a smooth, citrusy finish.

Jamaican rum notes of caramel, papaya, raisin, mango, pepper, tart wood and notes of the barrel. Mix with ginger beer for a Non-alc Jamaican mule and garnish with an orange peel.

Montes Purple Angel is a premium red wine from Chile that is made from a blend of Carmenere and Petit Verdot grapes. This wine is known for its deep purple color and intense aromas of black fruit, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich and complex flavor profile that includes notes of blackberry, plum, chocolate, and tobacco. In the Mosel dialect, "Dajoar" translates to "as in the old days". This was the name chosen by Andreas for a style of Riesling made in tribute to the classic Mosel wines of the past. It is off-dry with a playful sweetness that balances its crisp acidity, resulting in a bright and fresh wine with notes of green and yellow fruit, a strong mid-palate, and a long mineral finish. It's a delightful wine that offers great value.

This is small production gewurztraminer made from 25-45 year old vines. The 2012 vintage showcases aromatic wines that are charming and delicious. The Sonnenglanz Grand Cru is the perfect terroir for Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. The wine shows aromas of peach, honey with brown spices, nutmeg and lychee. Broad and full on the palate with ripe peach fruit, spice, stone mineral, plenty of sweetness balanced by lively acidity andan unctuous mouthfeel, this wine is likely in a great spot for drinking. After 11 years in the bottle, it will show best when decanted.

Chateau Vartely Sauvignon Blanc is a generous bouquet of fresh aromas dominated by invigorating citrus notes. Its pleasant taste leaves a faint memory of black currant leaves. The grapes are harvested in vineyards in the heart of Moldova, Codru region.

Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. The white wine Viorica de Purcari is a sensory explosion: it has the aroma of acacia and basil flowers, it is fresh, easy and memorable. The golden color, with bright amber shades, is complemented wonderfully with its balanced and velvety taste and the fine taste of muscatel. Viorica conquers through its complex aroma and subtle finesse.

Tasting notes Colour: Medium-high depth wine, ruby red colour with roof tile rim, which denotes its long barrel ageing and its peaceful bottle ageing.

Masumi Sparkling Origarami is a sparkling sake made by Masumi Sake in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. It is made using a blend of Miyamanishiki and Yamadanishiki rice varieties, and is bottle-fermented using the traditional Champagne method. The sake has a delicate aroma with notes of apple and pear, and a clean, refreshing taste with a subtle sweetness and effervescence. It is a versatile sake that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, including seafood, sushi, and light desserts.

Chalk soils have long been considered one of the key resources enabling the Champagne region to produce such intense and refined wines. Aiming to highlight this relationship, Andre Clouet have released a new wine in their range further dialling up the crisp and salty flavours so prevalent in wines from these chalk rich soils. As a 100% Chardonnay cuvee, this initial release of "Chalky" is entirely from the outstanding 2013 vintage, with vineyard sources one third from the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, and two thirds on the Cote de Blancs. After pressing, fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks before being aged for seven years in the bottle, disgorged early in 2021 with 6g/L dosage. Expect a lively, salty, mineral inflected wine that is a perfect aperitif or wine to drink alongside fresh oysters.

After two years of drought, 2013 proved to be an excellent vintage with expressive black and red fruit in this 100% Tempranillo.
