Bridgeland Taber Corn Berbon is a bourbon-style spirit made with a mash bill of 60% Taber corn, 32% Penhold barley, and 8% Penhold wheat. It's distilled in Calgary, Alberta, using a custom-designed copper pot still, and is known for its unique flavor profile.
