The Armagnac Castarede 1985 is a vintage Armagnac known for its complex aromas and flavors, which include stewed fruits, dried fruits, and spices like vanilla, pecan, and white pepper, combined with notes of honey and oak. It has a silky, elegant, and refined palate with a long, smooth finish, making it suitable for sipping after dinner or pairing with desserts like dark chocolate. It is distilled from grapes like Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Folle Blanche and aged in oak barrels for decades.

D'Eaubonne VSOP is a French brandy with a golden amber color and a flavor profile featuring citrus-orange, caramel, and hints of pineapple on the nose. Its palate is smooth and balanced, with delicate citrus and oak notes, leading to a warm, dry finish. It can be enjoyed neat, in cocktails like Spanish coffee, or used in marinades.

St-Rémy XO is a French brandy with a luminous amber color, characterized by its rich and complex flavor profile. It has aromas of ripe fruits, vanilla, and honey, layered with oak. Blended from over 1,200 eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from Grande Champagne and aged 40–100 years, it features complex notes of myrrh, honey, dried roses, and leather.

The Weingut Bürgermeister Schweinhardt XO Weinbrand is a German grape brandy (Weinbrand) from the Nahe region, distilled by the Schweinhardt estate, known for its environmentally friendly viticulture, offering rich, fruity, nutty, and complex notes, aged for several years, and presented as a high-quality spirit with a focus on regional terroir and traditional craft from their own distillery, as a premium offering alongside their wines.

Old Falcon Medovina (Stara Sokolova) is a traditional Serbian honey brandy, blending sweet wildflower honey with a full-bodied, fruity plum brandy (rakija) base, resulting in a smooth, balanced spirit with notes of honey, herbs, vanilla, and oak, perfect for sipping chilled as a digestive or dessert drink, offering a warm, velvety finish.

Old Falcon (Stara Sokolova) Quince Brandy is a Serbian fruit brandy (rakija) made from ripe quinces, double-distilled in copper stills, offering a harmonious balance of sweet and tart quince fruit flavor, with bold aromas and a smooth finish, often aged in oak barrels for added complexity, reflecting a centuries-old family tradition.

Tesseron Lot No. 90 XO Ovation is a vibrant, complex, Ugni Blanc-based Cognac from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois terroirs, aged in oak for freshness, richness, and spice, revealing notes of pear, quince, dried fruits, vanilla, almond, and toasted wood, with a lively yet balanced palate perfect for introducing connoisseurs to the Tesseron house style.

On the nose, this brandy has distinct aroma of Creme brulee & beachwood. The palate is balanced between sweetness and acidity that matches the Moscato grapes this delicate brandy was made from. A sweet, spicy, warming finish brings it home, with a subtle lingering licorice flavour.

It features a rich, complex profile matured in French Limousin oak and finished in fine-grain casks, offering notes of vanilla, dried fruits, sandalwood, and spices with a smooth, woody, and long finish.
