It undergoes a charcoal filtration process to remove impurities and color, resulting in a crystal-clear appearance, followed by aeration in Greek amphorae to enhance its roundness and softness. The resulting flavor profile includes notes of pineapple, lime, agave, chocolate, and subtle fruit and floral notes, with a dry, mineral-driven finish.
