Whistlepig Farmstock Rye is a tribute to their "grain-to-glass" process, using their own farm's grain, water, and local Vermont oak barrels. It has a sweet and aromatic nose with notes of vanilla, maraschino, roasted chestnuts, and cigar box. The palate features oak, toffee, and baking spices, followed by crème brûlée and rose petals, with a warm and lasting finish of rye spice.
